ooc;;... Olive questions if she wants to hear this dream... Unfortunately, she has an unsatiable curiosity, so she must. ><
And, I may jump in after I get back, but I think it's better if I stay out for now. We won't have any internet connection in France, so it'll be kinda difficult to keep up, y'know? But, maybe when I return...

ooc; I understand that. I'm just saying, you can't know for sure if you're completely out.
ic; Froth looked over. "Alaula!" he said, and heralded the princess over. "These are Arden and Mango. I know Arden from when I was little. And I THINK i know Mango, but we both say we've never met. I don't remember her name, at least." He shrugged. Mango nodded. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Highness." She curtsied. "However, I say we should go to the back deck. This music is giving me quite a headache, now that it's gone classical." She saw Froth nod enthusiastically, and couldn't help herself but to put in, "I like th Naughtic Punks so much better!" Froth looked up, astonished. "No way!" he exclaimed, "They're the best!" He gave her a studious stare, but she merely turned to Arden. "What do you say, Arden?"

Alaula nodded. "I hate classical music..." She led the way onto the deck. She then turned to Mango. "Nice to meet you. But you guys like the same music? I thought Froth was the only one who liked the Naughtic Punks. You sure you haven't met?" She scrutinized Mango. Alaula then shurgged. "Oh well. Not that it bothers me any." She then turned to Arden. "Nice to meet you, too." She smiled brightly, trying to keep up her Image.

ooc; once again...i agree with kt there.
arden looked at alaula and took a deep bow. " its a pleasure to meet you your highness. " he looked up then smiled. " i woulnt mind leaving for the back deck. i too hate this nausiating(sp?) classical music. as for the band i have not heard such of them. my family forbids me to listen to such music ever. " arden backed away little bit and took another bow and showed his hands in the direction of the back deck. " ladies first '' he said.

mango laughed as she stepped forward. "Thank you, Sir Arden. What a true Gentleman. And what of Sir Froth? Oddly enough, has it been he, indeed, who has left his manners to the scally-wags?" Froth shook his head. "What nonsense are you spouting, you great oaf? Ye think yerself a pirate? Or are you trying to charm the young suitor, like any great Lundan Dane?" Mango shook her head, and covered with a hand the smile that was stretching playfully across her lips. "So, Alaula," she asked, dropping the formality with ease, "what are your great desires? What love haveth thee for music, and but of course, proper edicate? Perhaps you, dear magistrate, hold good form?" ((Okay, I'm taking a page from Jas. Hook's book, but oh well... I'm enjoying myself, which I guess is the best course))

arden shruged his shoulders. " its what i've been taught to do to you young ladies as yourself. " he smiled to them both. " and what of you prince froth? have you no manners as well? treat these young ladies with respect. not as if they were seawead not wanted. " he wavered hes finger at him while chuckling a bit. (( that ish ok. ^_^))

A deep, frosty blush slowly crept upon Froth's face. "Pht, a prince. Who needs it, anyways? Prince or not, I'd much rather be elsewhere when it comes to courtly matters." With that and a shrugged, he gracefully bowed to the ladies. "But of course, beautiful maidens, who am I to tell you when to go? But a measly prince, I am, and so, shalt not press thou for'ards." Mango rolled her eyes. "When have you ever cared for graciousness?" she asked, out of character to the style of talk. Froth started and stared at her. "Pardon?" he asked her, and she shook her head. "You've always seemed a rambunctious scally-way. I can see through your dexterior, you ghastly prince." Froth shook his head. How the heck had they clicked so easily, when they had met only half an hour ago ((yet again, like with Mango and Arden xDDDD))? He turned to Arden, and caught a glance of Mango from the side. He stopped abruptly. She ... she just looked so familiar. How did that happen? Almost like that one girl he knew... Gemetial was her name, right? Or at least was the name she gave everyone. "Gemetial," he muttered under his breathe, but he noticed she did not start or look up. "Mango?" This time, she did indeed look up at him (a fact that which she was quite upset. Having to look up how pathetic). "What is it Froth? Holding us up once more? How have we come to spend nearly ten minutes in a doorway... talking, none-of-the-less!" But Froth was to the point. "What are your hobbies?" Now, this... this was an interesting topic. Mango felt the fact taht the prince here was asking her this. And several reasons ran through her mind, some more prominent than others. After a moments pause, she turned, and Froth had just enough time to catch a cat-like smile on her face as she walked through the door. "Not being myself."

ooc-I'm not feeling like rpg right now, but if I skip anymore days this will be out of control....gotta...keep...going....
ic-Alaula looked at Mango, trying to decide wheather or not to tell her the truth. Only Froth knew her real secret desires; she hadn't dare tell anyone else. She then decided to tell Mango and Arden the truth, somewhat. "My great desires, you say? Well, I like to dance, and read up on the history of mermpeople and...." She stopped. Letting them know that she liked the history of merpeople was bad enough, but telling them that she also liked reading all she could on humans? Unacceptable. She shook her head at herself, and then changed the subject. "I do not like proper ediquitte. (screw sp today)" She wrinkled her nose. "I only use when I must." Alaula sighed. "I should probably be using it now, with all these mermpeople around us, but I'm feeling lazy today." She looked around at the fishes that were mingling with the mermaids and mermen.
ooc-wow. that was longer than I expected it to be...oh well.

ooc; ha ha, that's what I was saying with that last post xD It's just natural for natural writers. I know You, Olive, Dia, and I have all done that.
Mango studied her intensely. The princess, of course, wouldn't lie... HOwever leaving out the truth and lying were two different things. "That sounds fun. I love to read as well, however," and she swam ((xDDD See? I can cooperate)) further onto the deck so that everyone else could come out, "I also enjoy a certain amount of personal... freedom in the company I keep. And my keep is a very interesting company." The prince looked at her, letting go of what he had said earlier and waiting for Alaula to pass through first. "Well, perhaps, you could introduce us to such an interesting company?" Although he had asked politely, Mango felt the intensity in the water ((once more, this is for you dawn. I had to stop myself from saying "air)). "Or perhaps not. They rather not let more into their group. It was hard enough for I,even, to get in..."she asnwered. This, actually, was not true in the least, but Froth didn't have to know that. Her fellow Cosplayers welcomed any knew thoughts and people into their group with open arms. So now Froth was stuck. She had backed him into a corner, and he knew it too. "I see," he grumbled, "They would rather not have the boring company of a prince among them." For even though Froth had not know if what she had just said was true or not, he knew the dejection had been aimed at him. That he could feel. If Arden had asked, would she had told him? Or Alaula? But no, not the dejected prince.

ooc; whats dejection? >< sorreh
arden nodded as he followed the conversation. " i like to read as well. but i think the most thing i enjoy the most is to sing when i want to. it lets out feelings, well, in my opion at least. " he looked over at froth. " i dont think its that bad. im sure people want you. your the prince am i incorrect?"((i dont know if got that even right...i had to rearead kt's last post and i STILL didnt understand....even tho it was my fourth try. sorreh))arden gave him a warm smile at him since he could feel that he was being pushed back.
