Thane. That was what her collar had said way back when. Way back when life was simple and on four feet. When worrying whether or not you would be able to get that extra meal in before you returned to your 16 hours of sleep.
However, that simple life had slipped away at age fifteen at which age she stopped aging altogether and was granted a life of immortality with absolutely no say in the matter. How could she? She was still a canine...
Didn't matter, dwelling on the past, that was... In fact, this wolfie demon had forgotten her old life long ago. As far as she was concerned she'd had this form her whole life and had lived a fairly uneventful life. Well, as uneventful as a demon could, anyway.
In any case, she'd found herself walking down the street of a city at dusk, the rays of the sun hanging on, trying to get their last say in before darkness would finally drop its cloak which caused the sky to fade from a brilliant orange to a soft purple. Beautiful, really.
She sighed, the dappled gray ears laying flat in lack of intrest and a slight lingering of boredom. The light gray tail was dragged behind, obviously indicating the same as her ears. And her eyes... those beautiful, two dull golden eyes... The ever-knowing depth never wavering even in her state of uninterest.
She felt the familiar nagging at her... like she was supposed to be feeling miserable. That something had... something not /right/ had happened recently. She didn't want to stick around to find out... Had to find something to preoccupy herself with and fast. Crap. But what to do in a near-deserted city?
