this story's a little strange. there are no names to the characters and i'm not giving them any. it's pretty weird and it inspired by the song Affliction by AFI (some of the things said) and this poem-ish thing:
Hello there, angel of the nightmare of the body in the morgue. Save us we screamed as we fell from above. We yelled for help, but no one listened. So we sat there, waiting for someone to hear us. but no one came. so only we're here. just you and I.
It's kinda weird.....i wrote it at like 1 in the morning.

She wished for angels, but only received nightmares. The cold room. Dread in the atmosphere, she felt. Metal shimmered in the bright, white lights. Sharp objects cut at her heart. She wished for angels, but this room is what she got. Every night the same nightmare. She looked toward the stars, comfort in their eyes. She looked up at the moon. It smiles over her. So why? Why should she not be able to dream?
She could paint her feelings. She could sing her heart. She could calm a spirit. She could make a fresh start. In the room she couldn't speak. and her bones seemed to freeze together. The dread suffocated her thoughts. No stars, no moon. Just her and the rest of the bodies there.
She was the only living. This girl with no name. The unspoken girl with the amazing heart. One day she could speak in this cold place. So she sang and felt sweetly numb. But soon her voice disappeared. So she could only stand and wait for it to return.
Many years later, in this cold, distant place, she could move. So she danced and felt sweetly numb once again. Her spirit was free. Her soul was calm. She felt nothing could destroy this. She felt nothing could go wrong.
But once again she was proven incorrect. This girl, so innocent, was proven wrong. She froze once again. Only able to stare underneath these killing lights. When she'd wake, she'd tell no one of these nightmares she's had so many times before. She felt no one would listen. No one would understand. So no one heard her silent screams. help no where in sight.
Many times later, something changed. The bodies spoke. Mean, unkind things, but they spoke. Over the voices she could hear someone sing. The song, a sweet lullaby. 'is this my angel?' she thought. 'is this my love?' Was this her lifeless love?
A few days later, the metal cases opened and the bodies stepped out. All dressed in bloodstained outfits. Pale faces with lifeless eyes. They danced as she stood still. They danced under the blinding light on the medical floor. She could hear the song. Through the crowd of corpses, she could see a boy sing. She opened her mouth to sing along with him, but all disappeared.
The earth had spun many times since she'd seen the boy. His song echoed through her head, so she sang to the sky. The moon and the stars seemed to sing along. So she continued to sing his sweet lullaby, her wish to see him again.

Time didn't apply to her and the people around her.
The girl had no age. Everyone had the bodies that they saw as perfect. no government, no wars. Everyone believed what they wanted to. in her world there was no young, no old, everyone was just there. They live in their immortal bodies. no sickness, no birth, no death. Life and death was only a fairytale. The thing you read about in books, but you know will never happen.
But this girl looked into the eyes of death every night. Into the lifeless eyes of the corpses. Yet they did not scare her. She felt a feeling yet to be felt. fear and comfort, almost opposite, made her happy. she had, to what she believed, loved death.
