i don't know what to call this

i found this in one of the many folders of my computer. i wrote it about 2 years ago, so it's not the greatest.




"Hey mom, can I go into that room?" asked Lisa.
"sure, but you don't have to ask, this is our new house" replied her mother as she, like her daughter, was exploring their new home.
Their old house in Ohio had gotten too old and was falling apart, so they left. Their new house was in West Virginia and had a rumor that had kept many people away. The neighbors, well yea, the neighbors, but most of the town thought the house was haunted. Lisa and her mother hadn't believed the rumor so they bought the house. The furniture hadn't been put in so the house looked very empty.
'Okay, this is a strange room' thought Lisa to herself.
"Hi." said a voice. The voice was unfamiliar to Lisa, but she knew it was a little girl's voice.
"Hi....wait, who are you and why are you in my house?" asked a confused Lisa. The girl responded by saying:
" I'm Kelly and I used to live here until I died"
" Oh....okawait....your dead?" asked Lisa, starting to panic.
" Yes, I'm dead. Is there a problem with that?"
"Yes because your dead and I'm alive! Dead people can't talk, let alone to alive people! It's Impossible!
Wow, an argument between an alive person and a dead one. This must be an interesting conversation for both of them. I personally thought that the story wouldn't end up with a dead person and an alive person arguing. Please be getting the point that I am trying to make, if not here it is: Lisa is alive and Kelly is dead, okay?
"Well maybe you can see ghosts. Technically I am a ghost, and if you can see me, you can see ghosts."
"Wow...that's weird. I'm...just going to go now." spoke Lisa as she slowly exited the room and then sprinted down the hallway toward her mother.
"Mom, this house is haunted and there is this girl that says she's dead and-" Lisa was cut off by her mother's voice.
"Lisa, I am sick of your lies. Tell the truth or don't tell me at all." This was all she said as she walked off to another part of the house.
Lisa decided to go take a walk around the neighborhood and left a note for her mom. She left the house and walked a few streets until a girl her age ran up to her.
"Hi, I'm Kisa!" said the girl cheerfully.
"Hi, I'm Lisa. I live in the house that was for sale three streets away. Most people think it's haunted, which it is."
Lisa didn't want to scare away her new friend so she didn't tell her about Kelly.
"Can I come see if there are any ghosts. The rumor is that the people who lived there were killed in an accident. I also heard that they had a daughter named Kelly. Maybe her ghost is in the house. It would be so cool if I could meet her." said Kisa.
"sure you can come over. I was getting pretty bored anyway."
' well, that explains a lot. Man, this girl is really weird' thought Lisa to herself. Kisa and Lisa got to the house and went in.
" I'll go look in the kitchen and you go look in the living room." said Lisa as they split up to different parts of the house. They looked for about a half hour and then Lisa heard Kisa scream. Lisa checked all the rooms calling her name until she came to the last room: the basement. She walked down the steps and looked into the closet only to see her own reflection. There was a mirror where she saw herself. Only herself, until she looked down. There lied two skeletons. One with the clothes of her new friend the other with the clothes of the ghost girl named Kelly. As soon as she looked up she saw a dark figure before she screamed and her world went black.
Some people say there was a curse on all that lived there, some say that the house or the figure in it killed them. I'm going to let you decide what happened that day in that house. The only thing I can say is watch your back, you don't know what skeletons might appear in your closet.
