Alrighties, this'll be fun. See if you can figure this one out. Oh, and it IS based off of real life, and what could happen or could have happened. It's one of those stories in a parallel universe where all the "What If's" can be answered.

Muko made her way through the crowd. She’d finish establishing landmarks later; right now her main focus was getting to Doki’s. Her head spun back and forth as she surveyed the way she was heading. It would be a good idea to remember how to get to Doki’s house. She smiled slightly to herself as the hectic world swarmed about her. This atmosphere was new; it would take a lot to get used to it. Doki, on the other hand, had probably grasped the situation with arms open wide when she first moved here. Well, it sure was different from Sapporo. Definitly.
Muko steadily made her way through the crowd. She could finish establishing landmarks later; right now her main focus was on just getting to Doki's. Her head spun back and forth, surveying the way she came (it would probably be a good idea to remember how to actually get to the house). She smiled slightly, the hectic world swarming about her. This atmosphere was new--it would take a lot of getting used to. Doki, on the other hand, had probably grasped the situation with open arms when she first moved here. Well, it sure was different than Marook. Definitely.
ooc; haha, I'm redoing this (DIa made me think "I should go back and look at that). It's pretty bad, so if you wanna see the difference between the two (yes, yes, I pride myself in the fact that my writing skills actually have, in fact, improved), the newer one is in bold.

Doki was up the instant the rapping began upon her door. “It must be Muko!” She smiled widely, overwhelmed with the happiness she felt now that her best friend would be with her again. She half-skipped half-ran to the door, yanking it open and tackling Muko.
“Whoa! Whoa!” Muko exclaimed, a little taken back by the enthusiastic greeting. She was over the surprise in mere seconds as she hugged her best friend. “Doki! Long, long time, no see! How are you doing? What’s been going on? Where have you been? What have you seen? And last of all… who have you seen!?” she asked, all in one breath. Doki burst out laughing; Muko couldn’t have been any more the same. “You haven’t changed one bit!” She scolded, jabbing her finger at her playfully. Muko grabbed her finger and twisted it back, making Doki shriek in pain.

“Ouch! Ouch! Stop, stop, I give in!”
Muko dropped her grip, allowing Doki one vital chance. “Gottcha!” she yelled, poking her vigorously in the stomach repeatedly.
“No!” Muko moaned, trying her best to defend one of her almighty weaknesses.
“Too late!” Doki yelled.
Qiesu ran in, an angry look escaping from her face as she nearing the others in the middle of their struggle. “Muko! Welcome! Doki! Is that anyway to behave!?” Doki turned to her other best friend. “Qiesu! We all know you wouldn’t act much better!” Muko, finally out of Doki’s grasp, jumped Qiesu. “What the heck are you doing here? Hey!” She smiled, happy to have such a great surprise awaiting her arrival. “Why didn’t you tell me Qiesu was here?” She said, demanding an answer from Doki.
Doki merely shrugged. “You never asked.”

“Asked!? What kind of stupid answer is that!? Don’t you realize that I had no reason what so ever to ask if Qiesu would randomly being here as well!?” Doki smirked.
“Well, now you always will. So there!” At that, Qiesu burst out in furious fits of laughter, turning her face first pink, then beet red, and straight on to purple.
The commotion caused Doki to start laughing as well, whose contagiousness caught on to Muko. And for a while they all stood there on Doki’s front porch, bend double, laughing their guts out. But eventually Doki came to her sense and ushered them inside with mumbles of, “Neighbors will think we’re crazy…ier.”
Muko glanced around the house, making a mental note where the toilet was; she didn’t want to be caught home alone in the house and not know where it was….
She realized Doki and Qiesu were talking and snapped out of her ‘thinking’ mode.
“Well, I have enough bedrooms, at least. Although it would help greatly if someone bought the house next door; that would definitely make things easier on me.” Qiesu nodded in agreement to Doki’s suggestion.

“It sure would.”
Muko was confused. “Easier for what? Guys, what are you not telling me!?”
Doki cringed. “Well, you’ll be living here with Qiesu and me for about two weeks…” Muko stared at her friends.
“Just two weeks? What happens after that, huh? You gonna kick me out?” Qiesu burst out laughing again. Doki, however, was preoccupied with explaining what was going on.
“Well, in two weeks, once you get used to life around here, more and more people are going to be coming. It was a secret… a reunion. All of our old buds are going to be getting together here.” Muko was still confused, however.
“And this was a surprise, for me?” she asked, not sure why she didn’t know about this in advanced.

“No, no. You’ve got it all wrong. No body knows. Or nobody is supposed to know. Qiesu figured it out early on in the game. She was invited over first. I figured we’d tell you after a week and we could all work together getting stuff ready. Ai and Onu will be here in a week and a half, and from there on out people will be filing in.” Doki smiled to herself, thrilled with the idea she had concocted. “I would, however, really be happy if someone who comes buys or rents the entire house next door, so that we have more room for people to stay in. I have a huge house, but I’m not sure if it can house everyone who might be brought along. I told people they could bring close friends from school if they wanted. You know Yuka, she warmed right up to the idea.”

Qiesu nodded, smiling. “I offered to rent the house next door, but Doki insists that the first four of us all stay here.” Muko nodded in acknowledgement; the first four indicated to the first four invited, who were all best friends.
“I think I will tell people a day ahead, though… You’re reaction hasn’t been quite to my liking,” Doki commented, her hand resting thoughtfully upon her chin. Muko smiled.
“I love the idea. I just wish I had known earlier…”
Doki stuck her tongue out. “Well, now you know how I felt when you always did that to me about the Wench.” Muko rolled her eyes while Qiesu sighed. Both knew that there would be no way back, but it was irritating to hear Doki talk like that about the ‘Wench’.
“So,” Muko asked, casually, “did you invite the ‘Wench’?” Qiesu raised her head, obviously interested.

“Yes,” Qiesu asked, “You never gave me a strait answer.” Doki sighed this time.
“Yup, I did. It wouldn’t be a reunion without the Wench, believe me. Besides, Yuka would have brought him anyways.” Qiesu nodded; no one could argue with that logic. Yuka had a knack for inviting people that were never included on the invite list. There would always be at least two ‘Yuka Guests’ at any party she attended, much less one she was invited to.
“Oh well,” Doki said, not wanting to continue on that subject. “Let’s show you to your room. Do you have a preference?” Muko grinned sheepishly.
“Anything blood red or black?” she asked, predictably.
“I had one especially prepared. Follow me, mademoiselle.”
Qiesu laughed. “Move it, Missy Triangle,” she said, shoving past Muko.
“Hey! Missy Circle should watch her tongue! I’m also a Missy Square!” Muko yelled out. Doki attacked her from behind.

“Yes, but I am THE Missy Square, got that kiddo? To you, I could almost be an Alumnus!”
“And I whip out my giant scythe!” Muko exclaimed, charging her way up the stairs past Qiesu and past the playful nonsense.
“Hey, Scythe-y Woman! Get back here!” Doki yelled after her, barging on up herself. She rammed into Qiesu and they both fell. “Muko! You get back here! This is MY house! You should act like the mature adult you AREN’T, okay?” Muko burst into laughter once more.
“Whatever, Doki! Now, show me to my room, please!” Muko yelled out behind over her shoulder. Doki fake-grimaced. “Alright! Now process after me!”
Qiesu laughed and began marching behind Muko.

“This is your room, Muko,” Doki said, ushering Muko and Qiesu inside. “It has an alarm if you want it. However, this is a giant vacation for everyone, so you don’t have to use it and can get up whenever you’d like. There are but three rules in this household from here on out: Abide by the laws, do not damage the houses, and do not kill. I think everyone can live by the rules.”
Muko nodded, taking the matter seriously.
“Thanks, Doki. I’m sure everyone will love the idea!” Muko said, Qiesu nodding in the background.
“Now!” Qiesu said, taking a good chance for a long awaited entrance, “Get some sleep! We will all agree that you must be tired from your trip and you need to have strength to help us tomorrow! Good Night!”

And with that Muko was shut in her room.
“Oh,” she said, surprised, “Good night!” She walked over to her fluffy bed and plopped herself down upon it. Sighing, she rolled onto her back and switched on the light on the bedside table. The lamp had a red-like glow to it, illuminating the room to perfection. It lit the room, yet it also gave on a tired feeling. Glancing around again, Muko took notice to the rest of the room. It was an oval-shaped room, decorated much to her liking.
“Lord, how much money has Doki acquired in 5 years?” she asked aloud. She pondered the thought for all of a moment, then picked up her red bag and pulled out her journal.

Today I finally made it to Doki’s house. She had a room especially made for me. She still knows me quite well! I found out that Doki is having a giant get-together with all our old friends. I have no clue what she’s thinking. How on Earth can she have that much money in just 5 short years? Oh well, it seems she’s still calling him ‘the Wench’. I don’t understand that part of her at all. But I guess that’s her business and not mine. Oh well! I wonder who all will be coming… Maybe Que? Huh. Well, I’m tired from my trip.

Doki woke with a start. She shook the grog from her head and sat up strait. The radio was playing softly in the background of her celestial-looking room. Unable to find the source of her waking, she got out of bed and walked over to her bathroom. She turned up her shower, making the bathroom fill with steam. Doki flicked on the air vent and then stripped down and stepped into the shower, letting the hot water seep over her. Nothing was better than a steaming hot shower in the morning. Now, if only she could remember her dream. What had it been about, again? She sighed. Oh, yes, it was coming back to her now. Everyone was there, and it was a big party. Heh, already dreaming about what it was going to be like, huh? She grinned widely. “What came next?” she asked herself aloud.

She remembered everyone was dancing, and then it started to clear; and then, the Wench!? Wait, she hadn’t dreamed that, had she? How shameful! Oh my, this was upsetting. “Stop thinking about it,” she told herself, and began scrubbing herself with a rag. “It was nothing, just a memory lapse. Just my creative mind coming up with alternatives.” She shook her head furiously.
“Ugh!” yelled out, “How can I relax with this kind of start off!?” She shook her head and turned off the shower, her morning not going exactly as well as she would have wanted it to. She grabbed a towel and dried off, then wrapped it around herself and stepped back into her room. She pulled on an outfit much like the one she had worn yesterday, then glanced at the clock only to start severely.
